The second Wednesday of each month, Registered
Dietician Annie Bertrand will be at Ken's SuperFair in Aberdeen from
1-4 pm in the deli area. She will discuss the components of
a well-balanced diet and answer any healthy diet questions
customers may have.
 Ken's in Britton Wins Award
Ken's Food Fair in Britton was given a Visionary Award at the 78th annual Affiliated Foods Midwest fall food show in Omaha, Neb., in September. Visionary Awards were given to Affiliated Foods Midwest retailers who have made a significant new investment in their business in the areas of new stores, new store locations and major remodels. Meet Lionel Bruemmer...
Lionel Bruemmer has lived in Aberdeen for fifteen years with his wife and four children. He is originally from Red Wing, MN. Being outdoors - hunting, fishing and golfing - is where you can find him when he's not at Ken's in Ipswich. He especially enjoys watching his kids' play sports.
"I enjoy the people in Ipswich. They have been very receptive and friendly." said Bruemmer.
